My Horizon Care provides support for individuals living in their own home, to assist and improve the quality of their lives whilst maintaining their independence and personal choice.
Our aim is to make every day a good day for every one of our clients. We achieve this by providing the best care to every client every day, safeguard and protect service users every day
We work with children and adults/older people, helping them to remain independent within their home environment. We provide these services throughout Leeds and its surrounding Local Authorities.

Staffing
We recognise that for most service users the most important people in our organisation are the care workers with whom they will have regular contact. Our staff play a very important role in the service users’ welfare.
